Primary Source Verification
Pricing, features, and integrations are verified directly from official vendor websites and documentation — not scraped from third-party review sites.
Scheduled Refresh Cycles
Each data category has a defined refresh cadence (weekly to quarterly) based on how frequently that data changes. Pricing is checked monthly; directory listings weekly.
Triggered Updates
When vendors announce pricing changes, feature releases, or acquisitions, we update affected pages within 72 hours — regardless of the scheduled cycle.
Editorial Independence
Ratings and comparisons are editorial opinions based on public information. Vendors cannot pay to change ratings. Sponsored content is always labeled.
Aggregated Review Data
Ratings are synthesized from G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and user feedback. We don't collect reviews directly — we aggregate and editorially assess what exists.
Community Reports
Users can flag stale or incorrect data using the button below. Reported issues are reviewed within 5 business days and corrected if verified.
Understanding Freshness Badges
Throughout BizStackHub, small colored dots indicate how recently data has been verified. Here's what each badge means:
Verified within the last 90 days with high confidence (≥70%). Data reflects current state from primary sources.
Last checked 90–180 days ago, or moderate confidence (40–69%). Likely accurate but approaching its next review date.
Not checked in over 180 days, or low confidence (<40%). Treat this data with caution — verify directly with the vendor.
Found stale or incorrect data?
We take data accuracy seriously. If something's wrong — outdated pricing, incorrect features, broken links — let us know and we'll fix it fast.
